POTENTIAL, NOT PRIVILEGE

Music is one of the UK's greatest exports, but access to it is shrinking. The next gen of talent are being priced-out of the culture they helped build.

Despite the barriers, music remains one of the most democratic tools for change. And when access is given, culture moves, communities rise and stories are heard.

This initiative is a long-term commitment to culture, and the communities that keep it alive.

WHAT DOES THE FUND PROVIDE?

  • Free or low-cost access to professional music studios.

  • Inclusive, high-quality spaces designed for creativity and growth.

  • Support for grassroots initiatives that share our vision of equity in music.

WHO CAN APPLY?

We welcome applications from the following in Birmingham, London, Liverpool, and Manchester:

  • Music Charities working with young people aged 15–24. We will support 50 charities reaching over 1,000 beneficiaries.

  • Individual Creatives (18–24) facing barriers to studio access. There are 20 places available via our Open Access Fund.
